AI live chat for small agencies and studios
MivoChat explains your services, process, timelines and starting budgets from your own pages, so prospects arrive at the first call informed. Scoping, quotes and contracts go straight to your team.
See it answer from your own agency website:
Example conversation: a prospect asks about website redesign timelines and budgets, MivoChat answers from the agency's service pages, and a custom quote is handed to the team.
Why agencies add chat
Small agencies lose hours to calls with prospects who don't fit the budget, timeline, or scope, and lose good leads who never fill in the contact form.
Prospects book calls before knowing your process, your timeline or your minimum budget.
Visitors with a quick question won't fill in a long brief, so they leave without asking.
The people answering enquiries are the same people doing client work.
Real questions, routed well
Service and process questions get a fast, accurate answer. Scoping and commercial decisions go to your team.
“Do you work with businesses like mine?”

“Can we change the contract terms?”
Handed to your team: Always handled by a person
Features
Prospects learn how you work, and your team only steps in when there's something to scope.
Answers come from your service pages, process and case studies, with the source shown.
On Starter and Pro, gather a quote request with budget, timeline and goals before the call.
Handed-off leads land in a Telegram topic or the web inbox, so whoever is free can reply.
The assistant won't commit to prices, deadlines or scope; those always go to your team.
Prospects in other time zones get answers and a clear next step while you're offline.
International clients can ask in their language while your team replies in English.

The practical guide
A prospect should be able to tell whether your studio handles their kind of work before writing a long brief. Use chat to clarify your services and collect the minimum scoping details your team needs for a useful follow-up.
Quick answer
On Starter and Pro, agency chat can explain service scope, show relevant portfolio work, collect project details, and route a quote request to the right person. On Starter and Pro, MivoChat can capture structured lead or quote fields, but it does not estimate project fees or book a discovery call against a calendar.
Start with the scope questions prospects ask before they write a brief, and decide which ones your team should scope personally.
Describe each service with its deliverables, typical starting point, dependencies, and exclusions. For a website project, explain whether copywriting, migration, analytics, or ongoing support is included. Do not turn a broad phrase like “full-service” into an implied promise to handle unlisted work.
On Starter and Pro, a quote request form can ask about project type, target launch window, current platform, and the page or system involved. Let a strategist review the answers; MivoChat does not calculate a fee or decide whether the agency has capacity.
Group case studies by the work they demonstrate: a migration, a booking flow, a brand refresh, or a conversion experiment. Include the client-approved context and outcome, and avoid implying that every project receives the same result. A visitor who asks for comparable work can be pointed to the closest relevant example.
Quick replies such as “See ecommerce work,” “Ask about a redesign,” and “Request a project estimate” keep the first exchange focused. If the visitor needs a strategic discussion, collect contact details and hand the conversation to the partner or lead assigned to that service.
If retainers are offered, publish what the monthly scope covers, how requests are prioritized, whether unused hours roll over, the minimum term, and how notice works. If every engagement is bespoke, say which factors shape a proposal and what information the team needs before quoting.
Keep project minimums and price ranges current if you publish them. Explain whether a range excludes taxes, third-party tools, or production costs, and route negotiation or procurement questions to a person rather than implying a discount is approved.
Choose a handoff owner by service line or account type. The person should receive the visitor’s page, requested service, timeline, and any consented contact details, then decide whether to continue in the web inbox or connected Telegram group.
Use Insights to find repeated questions about scope, portfolio fit, or retainer terms. A cluster often points to a missing case study or an unclear service page; improving that source reduces friction for both visitors and the sales team.
An agency can define a lightweight qualification route without turning the chat into a sales form that asks for a full brief. A useful first pass might capture the service line, current platform, approximate timing, and a business email. The project lead can then decide whether to request analytics access, schedule a scoping call, or decline work outside the studio's expertise. Publish retainer inclusions and notice rules in a stable page, and have the account owner review it whenever packaging changes.
When a request is clearly outside scope, offer a courteous response based on the agency’s published service boundaries and let a partner review any unusual case. For a qualified enquiry, agree who sends the discovery-call link and who follows up if the visitor does not choose a time. This small ownership rule prevents promising a proposal that has no project lead or capacity behind it.
Visitor: “Do you do store migration work for small stores?” Chat: “Yes, that is one of our listed services. The case study on our work page covers a similar project. Scope depends on the platform and integrations, so a strategist will confirm after a short brief.”
Visitor: “Can you guarantee more leads?” Chat: “I can’t guarantee results. The case studies show the outcomes each client approved for publication. If you share your goals and current analytics, a strategist can explain what we would test.”
Route these to a person who can make the commercial decision:
Write the scope pages before the case studies, because scope questions decide whether a prospect is a fit.
Questions, answered
On Starter and Pro, it can collect a structured quote request and pass the details to your team. A person must scope the work and confirm the fee.
It can link to your scheduling tool or collect preferred times, but it does not sync a calendar or confirm a meeting.
Explain the included scope, request process, term, renewal or notice rules, and treatment of unused capacity. Keep exceptions and negotiations with the account owner.
On Starter and Pro, MivoChat can collect booking and quote requests, and it can link to your own booking page. On the trial, lead capture and quick replies are available, so visitors can leave contact details or follow a link to your booking page instead. MivoChat does not sync calendars, confirm appointments, or take payments; your team reviews requests and handles confirmation and payment in the tools you already use.
Yes. A team member can reply from the MivoChat web inbox or a connected Telegram group. Slack connections are in beta and require access.
Not yet. You can start the 14-day trial, but paid plan checkout and reply credit purchases are still coming soon. See the pricing page for the current plan limits.
