Data we process

We process account details, workspace content, visitor conversations, and knowledge pages or documents that you add. Visitor conversations can include names, contact details, message text, page addresses, and attachments that visitors send.

Where data goes

Workspace data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). To prepare a reply, the relevant message and knowledge text is sent to Anthropic, which provides Claude AI. Replies relayed to Telegram or Slack are stored by those services too.

Our subprocessors include Supabase (EU, Frankfurt) for database and storage, Vercel (fra1) for hosting, Anthropic for AI replies, Telegram and Slack when you connect them, and Resend for email. Stripe is our payment processor; paid billing is not currently enabled.

Retention and your choices

Conversations are automatically deleted after the site's configured retention period, which is 90 days by default. You can delete your account and its data from Settings. To request access to your data or an export, or if you have another privacy request, email hello@mivochat.app.

AI training

Your data is not used to train AI models. MivoChat uses Anthropic's API under commercial terms that do not allow training on it.
