2. Our website and dashboard
We use only the cookies needed to run the service. They are not used for analytics, advertising or tracking, and they do not need your consent. Our marketing pages use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless (see section 4).

The dashboard also stores two browser storage items (localStorage). Both are strictly necessary for the dashboard to work as you set it up, and neither is used for tracking.

3. The chat widget on customer websites
When a website uses MivoChat, the widget loads on that site. It stores data in the visitor’s browser, on the website’s domain, and does not set cookies. The storage is used only to continue the conversation the visitor started.

The widget does not use third-party cookies. Clearing your browser data removes the identifier, and the visitor then starts a new conversation the next time they open the chat.
4. Analytics and advertising
We measure page visits on our own website with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser; it counts visits using an anonymised, daily-rotating hash, so you cannot be recognised across days or sites. MivoChat does not use analytics cookies, session replay, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on our website, our dashboard or on customer websites through the widget. Because no optional storage is used, there is no cookie banner and no cookie settings to manage.
5. Managing cookies and storage
You can delete cookies and browser storage at any time in your browser settings. If you block the cookies in section 2, you will not be able to sign in to the dashboard. If you clear the storage in section 3, the chat on that website will start a new conversation the next time you open it.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add a cookie or storage item that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting it. The date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last updated.
