MivoChat terms of service

Acceptable use

Use MivoChat lawfully and only with content and data you have the right to provide. Do not use it to harm others, break the law, interfere with the service, or send content you are not permitted to share.

Your content and AI replies

You are responsible for the knowledge, instructions, and other content you add, and for reviewing how the service is configured. MivoChat uses Anthropic's Claude AI to prepare replies; AI may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for answers sent to your visitors and for deciding when a person should review or take over.

Plans and limits

Each plan has monthly AI reply, site, seat, and knowledge page limits. Channels are unlimited. AI replies stop at the monthly limit and conversations go to your team. The trial lasts 14 days. Paid plan billing is coming soon; all pricing and plan actions currently lead to signup.

Branding

On the free trial, the “Powered by MivoChat” badge must remain visible in the chat window. You may not remove, hide, obscure, crop, or alter it. Paid plans may switch the badge off in widget settings.

Payments and service providers

Stripe is our payment processor for paid plans; billing is not currently enabled. We use Resend to send account email. MivoChat is hosted by Supabase and Vercel in the EU (Frankfurt, fra1 respectively), and Anthropic processes relevant message and knowledge text to generate AI replies.

Availability and warranty

MivoChat is provided as available, without a warranty that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. These terms are a draft and will be finalized before launch.
